Duties:

• Manage the project development team work;
• Supervision of the construction site;
• Take the project quality control;
• Preparation of documentation;
• Access control systems and video surveillance system installation, upgrading, maintenance and damage prevention;
• Low-voltage systems project management;
• Security alarm, fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, data networks and telephone network installation.

Requirements:

• Higher education in engineering fields;
• Experience in project management;
• Experience in construction supervision;
• Good Latvian and Russian language skills;
• Good communication skills.
